WebbThere is an old trick I heard about to use paraffin wax to beak rusted bolts/nuts free. Heat the o2 sensor till its red hot then drip the wax near the threads and it should be sucked in as it cools. If it's that stubborn, heat and cool it twice. Then, squirt some Kroil on it. 50/50 ATF/acetone if you don't have Kroil (every self respecting gun owner has Kroil ) Twist it right out.
