Section 18 (1) of the RTI Act provides grounds on which a complaint may be filed. The complaint may relate to the inability to file RTI to reach into, r efusal to give information etc. WebRTI ACT, 2005: RTI Amendment, 2024: Sections 13 of the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005 sets the term of the central Chief Information Commissioner and Information Commissioners at 5 years (or until the age of 65, whichever is earlier). The RTI amendment bill 2024, amends it. Now term will be prescribed by the Central Government.
