WebI went off to Marlborough this week to see the much acclaimed West Woods, said to be the best bluebell woods in the UK, certainly in the South. Having wandered around all day, I have to agree. There may be a lot of debris left on the forest floor from Forestry Commission coppice'ing, but the bluebells are amazing, very extensive and a wonderful shade of blue.
