My currently supplement list is: protein powder, creatine, omega 3 fish oil, zinc 25mg with vitamin c, vitamin d3 5K IU, probiotic 100 bil CFU, magnesium citrate 200mg. WebThe DIM was impressive at clearing my acne, and I had less side effects from it than spiro. I would recommend giving it a try.
